It is normal to experience some mild redness, dryness, or flaking during the initial weeks of using a new skincare product or undergoing treatment. However, if you are experiencing severe irritation or discomfort, please discontinue use and consult with us for further advice. 

In general, the personalised skin treatment usually takes 4-6 weeks to work but depends on your condition.

We believe that having a skincare routine is essential for healthy, radiant skin. Without a skincare routine, our prescription treatments will not work as well as they do when you effectively cleanse, moisturise and protect your skin.

This is why we include a cleanser, moisturiser and SPF inside your personalised skincare subscription. If you already have a skincare routine and have some questions or concerns, please contact our team.

We believe that your skin is more receptive to our ingredients formulation when you are sleeping. This means that the treatment applied at night has a better chance of being absorbed into the skin and providing its full benefits.

Additionally, as your body's metabolic rate is higher during the day than it is at night, the treatment will also help counterbalance any increased moisture loss that occurs while you sleep.

Prescribed skincare is a personalised skincare product that’s made specifically for your skin concern. The treatment uses a formulation of prescription grade ingredients to effectively treat your skin condition that can only be prescribed by your doctor or dermatologist on prescription.

After you have completed the MiQuest analysis and consultation and our in-house team of prescribers, pharmacists and scientists have prepared your prescription, we will send your treatment out for delivery. The entire process initially takes up to 48 hours, and every month your treatment will be delivered on the same date.
